        Return Policy

        If you’re not 100% satisfied and wish to return an order or a product, please follow these steps:

        Notify Your Intent to Return: Within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the product via courier, you must notify us of your intent to return the product. The easiest way to do this is by filling out the return form below. In this form, please do not forget to select one of the return options: product exchange or refund.

        Refund Process: If the order you are returning was paid for with a credit card or debit card, the amount will be refunded to the associated account. If you paid by another method, you can choose to receive the money in your bank account.

        Return Request Processing: Once we register your return request, we will keep you updated on its status via email. If the products can be returned (they are not custom-made or personalized), you will contact the courier to pick up the package (door-to-door couriers only, tracked shipping). This way, it’s easier to organize this pickup according to your schedule and availability at the pickup address. The products must be returned within 14 calendar days and you should also let us know the tracking details of your return. We will notify you when the return arrives back to us. After we check the returned products, we will inform you if all return conditions have been met, and then we will notify you once we refund the amount equivalent to your return.

        Refund Timeline: We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned products in your bank account. If we find that the value of the returned product has been diminished (unsealed, damaged, worn, etc.) and accept the return, we reserve the right to retain the equivalent value of this diminution from the refunded amount.         RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: The return costs are borne either by the buyer or by Method Print Atelier SRL, depending on the situations presented below:

        Incorrect Product Delivered/Packaged: Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

        Non-compliant Product: Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

        Incorrect Size/Dimensions: Return shipping costs are covered by the client if the delivered size is the one chosen at the time of ordering.

        Product Replacement: Return shipping costs are covered by the client.

        Product Cancellation: Return shipping costs are covered by the client.

        Uncollected Packages & Shipping Costs Policy: If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up from the courier or due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, if the customer wishes to place a new order after an uncollected package is returned, we reserve the right to request advance payment for the cost of reshipping.
